I am a Somatic Educator and Mindfulness Coach certified through AmSAT in the Alexander Technique (m.AmSAT).

I am deeply dedicated to the accessibility of this work. Work that enlivens one to foster their truest, most authentic connection to self. Enabling them to live a life of freedom from societal implications.

The Alexander Technique?

The Alexander Technique (AT) is a way in which we can live our everyday lives the way nature intended.

In practice, it is a psychophysical re-education of our neuromuscular system that enlivens our awareness and gives us the potential for freedom from our habits, both mental and physical.

Through this embodied mindfulness practice we can engender a continuous exploration of our personhood and how we relate to both ourselves and our environment through curiosity, connection, and creativity.

Alexander Technique for Performers

As Performers we are asked to be at peak physical condition when working. Being free of both physical and mental habits interfering with the ability for peak performance is where the Alexander Technique can set you free.


It can aid in; the release of creative blocks, heighten sensory awareness, bolster confidence and self-expression, open avenues of character embodiment, aid in injury prevention, allow a continuous dance between you and your breath flow, and SO MUCH MORE!
