The Alexander Technique?
The Alexander Technique (AT) is a way in which we can live our everyday lives the way nature intended.
In practice, it is a psychophysical re-education of our neuromuscular system that enlivens our awareness and gives us the potential for freedom from our habits, both mental and physical.
Through this embodied mindfulness practice we can engender a continuous exploration of our personhood and how we relate to both ourselves and our environment through curiosity, connection, and creativity.

Alexander Technique for Performers
As Performers we are asked to be at peak physical condition when working. Being free of both physical and mental habits interfering with the ability for peak performance is where the Alexander Technique can set you free.
